About the Role
As an Event & Retail Marketing Representative, you'll be the face of ReNewIt by Kurtis, interacting with homeowners at retail partner locations, home shows, and community events throughout Southeast Michigan.
In this position, you will:
- Engage homeowners through friendly, face-to-face conversations
- Introduce our cabinet refacing services and current promotions
- Educate homeowners on how they can update their kitchen without a full remodel
- Generate interest and schedule FREE in-home design consultations
- Represent one of Michigan's most trusted remodeling brands
- Set up and maintain professional event displays
- Accurately enter customer information using company technology

Your role is to build relationships, generate interest, and schedule appointments for our Design Consultants.

Schedule
We're currently hiring for the following schedule:
Wednesday – Sunday
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekend availability is required.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours per shift)
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds of event materials and displays
- Work both indoors and outdoors at seasonal events
- Bend, stoop, reach, and assist with booth setup and teardown
