Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. You will play a crucial part in enhancing the appearance of our vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and buffing exteriors, scratch removal and paint correction/protection
- Vacuum and shampoo interiors, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues that need attention.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs.
- Drive vehicles safely within the premises for cleaning and detailing purposes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial work or car wash/detailing is preferred but not required. (3+ years experience preferred)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of buffing techniques and window tinting is a plus.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to automotive detailing.
