About Us:
Star Future Inc. is a rapidly growing ABA service provider based in the Bay Area, California. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based behavioral therapy to children and adolescents with autism. Our services include both in-home and center-based programs, with a strong emphasis on client progress, clinical supervision, and collaborative teamwork. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a qualified and passionate BCBA who can also take on center or regional management responsibilities to help us build a service platform that is both professional and compassionate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and technical guidance to RBTs, mid-level clinicians, and junior BCBAs
- Independently conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, ESDM, ABLLS) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Regularly monitor client progress and adjust goals and strategies accordingly
- Lead center meetings, parent communication, and team trainings
- Oversee daily center operations, including compliance and clinical quality management
- Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure documentation (reports, authorizations, attendance, etc.) meets insurance requirements
- Foster a safe, professional, and well-organized center environment
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in the ABA field
- Strong communication and leadership skills; able to independently supervise and build teams with professionalism and accountability
- Knowledge of California insurance regulations and HIPAA compliance
- Previous experience in center management is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary range: $100,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
