We’re a small, family-owned Skin & Aesthetics Clinic in Murphy, and we’re looking for someone who genuinely wants to become part of what we’re building.
This is a part-time role with room to grow over time as the clinic grows and as you take on more responsibility.
Because our team is small, this isn’t a role where you just sit behind a desk and answer the occasional phone call. We want someone who becomes a familiar face to our clients, keeps communication moving, notices what needs attention, and helps the clinic feel organized, welcoming, and professional.
A big part of the role is simply being good with people.
You’ll be helping clients when they walk in, answering calls and texts, following up with people who reached out, helping with scheduling, checking clients in and out, and making sure nobody gets forgotten.
You’ll also need to learn and understand the treatments we offer well enough to confidently answer basic client questions when people call or message us. We do not expect you to become an expert, especially right away, but we do want someone who is willing to learn and become comfortable speaking about our services over time.
Content is another important part of where we’re trying to grow. We currently create content, and we want someone who is comfortable helping us grow in this area.
That can mean stepping into treatment rooms when the client is comfortable, capturing photos and videos, spotting good content opportunities, organizing footage, and helping us actually make use of the moments happening inside the clinic.
You do not need to be a professional videographer or social media manager, but you should understand what good content looks like and be comfortable with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and filming on a phone.
If you already know how to do basic video editing, that is a big plus.
You’d be helping with things like:
- Front desk and client check-in/check-out
- Answering and returning calls and texts
- Following up with leads and existing clients
- Scheduling and appointment coordination
- Helping clients with basic questions about treatments, pricing, and services
- Learning enough about our treatments to communicate confidently with clients
- Keeping the clinic organized throughout the day
- Supporting the team wherever help is needed
- Capturing treatment photos and videos with client consent
- Helping us create more consistent content
- Organizing photos and video footage
- Helping identify good social media/content opportunities
- Basic editing if you already have experience with it
- Bringing ideas for improving the client experience, content, or clinic in general
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is naturally warm and comfortable talking to people
- Is confident answering phones and communicating through text
- Is diligent about following up and keeping track of conversations
- Notices things instead of waiting to be told
- Is organized and dependable
- Is comfortable working closely within a small team
- Is interested in skincare, aesthetics, beauty, & laser
- Is willing to learn about the treatments and services we offer
- Understands social media and what makes content engaging
- Is comfortable filming and taking photos
- Wants to contribute ideas instead of simply completing a checklist
- Wants an opportunity to grow with the clinic
Experience in a med spa, skincare clinic, aesthetics practice, beauty business, front desk, customer service, or similar environment is a plus, but personality, initiative, communication, and reliability matter to us most.
Basic experience with CapCut, Canva, Instagram/TikTok editing tools, or other video-editing software is also a plus.
Where this can grow is we’re not looking for someone who only wants to clock in, sit at the front desk, and clock out.
As the clinic grows, this role can grow too.
Someone who performs well could gradually take on more responsibility across client experience, operations, content, social media, and eventually clinic coordination or management, depending on their strengths and interests.
We’ll train you on our treatments, systems, and how we operate. What we need you to already bring is the ability to communicate well, stay on top of things, take initiative, and genuinely care about doing a good job.
