Air Dynamics Heating and Cooling is seeking highly motivated, experienced HVAC service technicians to join our growing team. We are looking for technicians with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems and generating strong revenue through ethical recommendations and solutions.
As a service technician with Air Dynamics, you will be responsible for performing service and maintenance calls - trouble shooting, providing diagnostics and repair options while also performing high quality repairs across a wide range of heating, cooling and air quality systems. You will ensure all projects meet our high standards, and deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.
$5000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR EXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot system issues efficiently and accurately to restore equipment performance and ensure customer comfort
- Diagnose and repair emergent calls- no heat/no AC
- Perform diagnostic, repair and maintenance services on residential furnace and AC systems
- Conduct seasonal maintenance tune-ups to maximize system efficiency and longevity
- Communicate findings, recommended repair options, service options and replacement options clearly and professionally following our system
- Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on honesty, integrity and building long term client relationships
- Demonstrate expertise in service and maintenance techniques and ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools and equipment in clean, organized condition
- Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly manner, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on HVAC technology and best practices
- Model company values of professionalism, teamwork and excellence in service
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4+ years of HVAC experience is required.
- Proven ability to generate a minimum of $800,000 in annual revenue.
- EPA certification required.
- NATE certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems. components and diagnostic techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
