We're looking to fill a versatile position on our small kitchen team as soon as possible. Shifts are busy, fast-paced, & require someone reliable with the ability to multi-task. Full-Time hours guaranteed through September with the possibility for part-time in the fall/winter season.
Our kitchen is small, the right person will be able to complete prep work, take direction from senior kitchen staff, wash dishes, and anything else that might arise. There is the opportunity for some cooking/plating as well. We have an open-concept kitchen, meaning guests can see into the kitchen and kitchen staff can see into the restaurant. Guest interaction is part of the job and the right person will thrive on seeing guests enjoy their food.

About you
- Quick learner, ability to retain information over time
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knife skills
- Team player, works well with others in a small space, we are a small staff and have no room for drama
- Strong communicator, able to work well both independently and as a team
- Curiosity about flavors and pairings, willing to taste each dish that leaves the kitchen
- 1 Year commercial kitchen experience preferred, though exceptions will be made for the right fit
- Open availability Memorial Day - Labor Day, especially nights & weekends, roughly working 30-40 hours/week; opportunity for overtime as needed
- Pay is dependent upon experience and always fair with an opportunity for an end of season bonus for the right people
- Ability to lift 30lbs+ and sustain long hours on your feet

Owners Kim & Robert are onsite every day, working alongside staff and performing any and all duties necessary. Our front of house staff is small but experienced, we work as a team to ensure guests receive the best care possible and do not tolerate any drama. We love sharing great food and wine with friends and family, aren't afraid of working hard, and appreciate the value of surrounding ourselves with a great team of people.
