Urgent Hiring: Talent Partner – Talent Acquisition
Location: Remote (30% travel required)
Experience: 5+ years in Talent Acquisition / Full-Cycle Recruiting
Avanciers is urgently looking for a skilled Talent Partner to support end-to-end recruitment activities and partner with business leaders to attract top talent. This role will manage sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, interviews, and hiring processes while delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using internal and external talent channels.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
- Conduct candidate outreach, resume reviews, and interviews.
- Maintain recruitment data and updates in ATS systems (Workday experience preferred).
- Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced global environment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruiting experience.
- Strong experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience with sourcing tools, digital recruiting, and social media platforms.
- Workday ATS experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
