$300 SIGN ON BONUS AFTER 60 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT
ATTENDANCE BONUS UP TO $1.25 FOR EACH SCHEDULED HOUR WORKED
PRODUCTION INCENTIVE BONUS AVERAGING $5.00+ PER HOUR WORKED
·Operate punch presses, brake presses and related equipment to perform various punching, slotting, notching, forming, piercing and similar operations on a variety of metal parts
-Set-ups and adjustments are made by others unless otherwise instructed but may be learned to provide advancement opportunity
-Follow general instructions as to methods of loading and operating press
-Exercise care in positioning parts properly
-Load and unload parts in and out of press
-Check work with square and tape measure and visually to maintain fairly close tolerances
-Tag parts following instructions
-Recognize and report defective materials, faulty workmanship, faulty equipment operation and questionable conditions to proper supervision
-Responsible for
- Quality and quantity of work produced
- Completing and submitting production reports other records as required
- Maintaining work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
- Following all safety rules and regulations
-Perform any and all tasks assigned by group leader/supervisor
Required Skills:
·Must be 18 years of age or older
·Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis
·Must be able to use both hands/arms, legs to lift parts
·Must be able to occasionally bend, stoop, squat, climb stairs, or kneel
·Must be able to stand for the duration of an 8-hour or more shift
-Must be able to work 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, plus occasional overtime
-Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol screening if offered employment
Desired Skills:
· Familiarity with manufacturing environment
· Ability to read a tape measure
-Ability to communicate in English (read, write, speak)
· Use computers to enter, access or retrieve data

Pay: Up to $19.25 per hour
