Provide exceptional guest engagement and product education
Work closely with Store Manager, and other key holders to ensure smooth operations
Train, delegate, and supervise staff to meet store goals
Maintain and achieve sales goals by driving and applying retail metrics in real-time
Adhere to loss prevention controls and guidelines
Outgoing personality with strong guest engagement skills
Experience with retail metrics or goals; ability to apply metrics to drive performance
Strong leadership skills and capability to work as part of a management team
Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
