A growing residential HVAC company in Rome, GA is seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Manager to lead and develop its installation department.
This is a leadership opportunity for an organized, structured professional who can coach installers, follow established processes, manage daily priorities, and keep installation operations running efficiently. The ideal candidate combines strong residential HVAC knowledge with management experience, office/computer skills, and hands-on experience using ServiceTitan from the office side.

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop residential HVAC installers and helpers
- Follow and enforce established SOPs and installation processes
- Review upcoming installation jobs and ensure crews are properly prepared
- Review jobs in ServiceTitan and ensure all information is accurate and complete
- Coordinate installation schedules, crews, equipment, materials, and job requirements
- Place supplier and equipment orders and ensure materials are available when needed
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, warehouse, and office teams
- Monitor installation quality, productivity, callbacks, and job completion
- Provide guidance and support when installers encounter challenges
- Conduct team meetings and provide ongoing coaching and accountability
- Review job performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Help maintain strong customer service and professional installation standards
- Track department KPIs and support profitability goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous management or leadership experience in residential HVAC installation strongly preferred
- Strong residential HVAC installation experience
- Proven ability to coach, manage, and hold installation teams accountable
- ServiceTitan experience from an office/management perspective required or strongly preferred
- Comfortable reviewing jobs and managing information in ServiceTitan
- Experience placing equipment and supplier orders
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
- Ability to follow established SOPs and operational processes
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple crews, jobs, and priorities efficiently
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- EPA certification preferred
