Job Overview
This full-time parts documentation assistant role manages end-to-end logistics and administration for a premier client. You will serve as the primary liaison, handling towing dispatch, precise part documentation, and client communication while ensuring seamless workflow and accurate invoicing within the customer's system.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management & Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for the account, providing daily status updates and addressing client inquiries promptly.
- Towing Dispatch & Coordination: Schedule and dispatch tow truck drivers to pick up units from customer yards, ensuring timely and efficient pickups.
- Asset Documentation: Document parts salvaged from tear-down trucks, capture high-quality photographs, and accurately upload inventory into the customer’s tracking system.
- Vehicle Inspections: Coordinate on-site vehicle inspections, ensuring all units are properly accessed and documented
- Invoicing & Administration: Prepare and issue accurate invoices based on completed services, and maintain organized, up-to-date paperwork and digital records.
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
