We are currently looking for motivated, energetic, and people-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives.
Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers in retail environments, representing our clients’ products and services. This is an in-person role focused on customer interaction, brand promotion, and sales support.
No prior sales experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Represent client brands professionally in retail locations
- Engage with customers and educate them on products and promotions
- Build positive customer relationships through face-to-face interaction
- Generate new customer acquisitions and sales
- Meet individual and team performance goals
- Maintain knowledge of client products, services, and campaigns
- Assist with event setup and promotional displays when needed
- Work collaboratively with team members and management
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
- Self-motivated and goal-driven mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
