Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to provide evaluations and supervision of Master's level clinicians. The clinicians are providing Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) to children and youth in Philadelphia. The licensed psychologist will provide not only supervision to the IBHS clinicians but also conduct brief evaluations of children/youth who may benefit from IBHS.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in clinical assessment, evidence-based interventions, and therapeutic modalities tailored to children with behavioral issues. You should have experience working with behaviorally challenged children and families.
The position is 100 percent telehealth with supervision and assessments conducted via Zoom. You can coordinate the supervision times with the clinical staff and your schedule. You would need to provide a 3-4 hour block of time for assessments once or twice a week between 9am and 7pm.
The rate for this position varies between 80.00 and 100.00 per hour depending on experience and training.

Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and individual psychological testing, to inform treatment planning.
- Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and stabilization.
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with clinical ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and best practices in mental health care.
- Supervise clinical staff and interns when applicable, fostering professional development and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote therapy sessions while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Support clients through intake processes, mental health diagnostics, and treatment adjustments based on ongoing assessments.
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D., Psy.D., or equivalent) in Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Valid licensure as a Pennsylvania Licensed Psychologist
- Proven experience in clinical psychology with expertise in child & family counseling, addiction counseling, PTSD care, and working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders or trauma-related conditions.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical records management, and clinical ethical guidelines is essential.
- Competence in telehealth mental health service delivery along with experience working with children, adolescents and families.
- Supervisory experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a compassionate approach toward client engagement and support.
Pay: $90.00 - $120.00 per hour
