About the Role
As a Barista & Cashier, you’ll be the face of TOUS les JOURS, crafting hand-made beverages, assisting guests with pastry and cake selections, and creating memorable experiences. Whether preparing the perfect latte or recommending seasonal treats, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our vibrant, guest-focused atmosphere.
What You'll Do
- Create espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks consistently with exceptional quality.
- Greet guests warmly, assist with menu choices, and recommend pastries.
- Efficiently handle transactions using our POS system, including payments and tips.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, display cases, and beverage stations.
- Work collaboratively with bakery and kitchen teams to ensure products are fresh and readily available.
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment focused on great service and genuine connections.

Preferred Qualifications
- Barista experience: 6 months–1 year (preferred, not required)
- Customer service experience: 1 year (preferred)
