Job description:
Regional General Manager
Lead with Structure. Adapt with Confidence. Thrive in Controlled Chaos.
At Greasecycle, we run toward problems—not away from them. As our Regional General Manager, you’ll bring clarity, control, and accountability to a business that’s fast-moving, growing quickly, and constantly evolving. If you’re a visible leader who thrives on direct engagement, stays calm under pressure, enjoys streamlining chaos into order, and knows how to adjust plans without losing sight of the goal, this is your next role.
ABOUT US
At Greasecycle, we collect used cooking oil, pump grease traps, and turn that waste into clean, renewable fuel. We’ve been named one of America’s fastest-growing small businesses by Inc. Magazine six years in a row, and our founder was named North Carolina’s Small Business Person of the Year in 2024. We're gritty, scrappy, and growing fast.
YOUR MISSION

You will be hands-on with Greasecycle’s service operations, overseeing multiple sites across North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina and Florida.
