What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily operations to ensure excellent guest experiences and team performance
- Hire, train, and develop a motivated management and hourly team
- Drive sales and profitability through leadership, service, and attention to detail
- Maintain operational excellence — food quality, speed, and cleanliness
- Manage inventory, food cost, and labor effectively
- Ensure compliance with Zaxbys brand standards and local health/safety regulations
- Foster a positive, servant-leadership culture built on teamwork and accountability
- Communicate clearly with the Director of Operations and ownership team
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant management experience (QSR or fast casual preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for coaching, developing, and motivating others
- Reliable, organized, and hands-on with daily operations
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
