The Front Desk Team is the first line of contact at REVEL Fit Club. As such, they are well-versed in all aspects of our fitness program and business. The Front Desk is key to providing superior customer service and assisting clients with class selections, bookings, and questions; Smoothie orders; and merchandise purchases. We are looking for a passionate, hard-working, reliable, team-oriented, and forward-thinking problem-solver with outgoing interpersonal skills, a love for health, an excitement for our brand, and the desire to be a part of building a stronger REVEL community.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service Excellence:
- Deliver first-class hospitality to clients at all times by greeting, assisting, and checking in customers.
- Answer questions about classes, membership options, and fitness goals.
- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Sales and Memberships:
- Promote and sell memberships, class packages, and retail products.
- Conduct tours of the facility for prospective members.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to drive membership growth.
Operational Duties:
- Prepare and serve smoothies according to REVEL’s quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Oversee management of cash flow and the point of sale system while on shift.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong hospitality skills with knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a time-sensitive manner.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for long durations of time.
- Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of 30+ pounds.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry. Strong interpersonal & communication skills with a friendly & professional attitude. A strong passion for health & fitness!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.25 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
