Position Summary:
Hillandale Golf Course is seeking a reliable, hard-working Cart Attendant to join our outside staff team. This role is essential in providing a high-quality experience for our guests by ensuring that golf carts and the facility are clean, organized, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, interacting with guests, and contributing to the daily operations of a busy public golf course.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and stage golf carts for daily use, ensuring they are clean, charged, and in good working condition
- Clean and sanitize golf carts after each use
- Detail carts regularly (interior and exterior cleaning, deep-cleaning as needed)
- Assist with picking, washing, and restocking range balls from the driving range
- Monitor and empty trash bins throughout the facility and replace liners as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, staging area, and surrounding facilities
- Support with other outside duties including water station checks
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to golfers and guests
- Follow safety procedures and report any maintenance issues to management
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Prior experience in golf or customer service is a plus, but not required

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
