Cornerstone Support Services LLC is seeking a Home-Based Therapist to provide therapeutic services to children and families involved with the Indiana Department of Child Services. This role supports families impacted by domestic violence, abuse, neglect, trauma, and complex family dynamics.
The Home-Based Therapist delivers interventions that address the concerns leading to DCS involvement and promote family safety, stability, and long-term well-being.
Responsibilities
Provide home based therapy services to children and families
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Address trauma, abuse, neglect, and family dynamics
Collaborate with DCS and internal team members
Complete documentation in accordance with agency and state requirements
Requirements
Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
Indiana licensure or license eligible preferred
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Experience working with children and families impacted by trauma and abuse
Location: Marion County, Vigo County, Lake County
