大多百百货集团-公司总部位于加拿大多伦多万锦市(Markham)，是一个大型专业的，专为加拿大华人社区提供各式中日韩百货的百货集团，旗下有多家店铺位于大多地区及卡尔加里，温哥华。致力于为加拿大亚洲社区以最优价格买到质量保证的日用产品。 由于业务扩张，全北美第20傢分店位於美国洛杉矶 St Gabriel USA Tawa Gateway Mall5月开始筹备，6月27日盛大开业，现招聘全职、兼职店铺销售店员~
开业前期准备工作：
卸货、上货、理货、打价格牌等前期准备工作。
开业后：
1.按所属部门（美妆、电器、百货）主要负责店铺相应产品销售;
2.维护专柜形象，做好客户管理和维护，完成销售；
3.负责做好货品销售记录，盘点、账目核对等工作；
4.完成商品的来货验收，入库、补货、退货等日常工作；
工资待遇：
开业前：底薪$17.87/小时+$3/小时开业补贴
开业后，按能力重新评估基本工资+店铺奖金 （奖金后时薪可达$22-25/小时)
前期准备期间，时间由公司看情况安排，周末可能会上班。
开业后需周末、节假日需上班，其他周一到周五weekday轮班休息 需工卡 出payroll

The Best Shop Group is headquartered in Markham, Toronto, Canada. It is a large professional retail group dedicated to providing a wide range of Chinese, Japanese, and Korean products to the Asian community in Canada. The company operates multiple stores across the Greater Toronto Area, Calgary, and Vancouver. Its mission is to offer high-quality daily goods to the Asian community at the best possible prices.
Due to business expansion, a new store will be opening in Los Angeles, USA, at Tawa Gateway Mall. Preparation is expected to begin in April, with a grand opening scheduled for May. We are now hiring full-time and part-time store associates.
Pre-opening Responsibilities:
- Assist with setting up shelves
- Unloading shipments
- Stocking and organizing merchandise
- Labeling and pricing products
- Other store setup tasks
Post-opening Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product sales within the store
- Maintain store displays and counter presentation; manage and maintain customer relationships to achieve sales goals
- Handle sales records, inventory checks, and account reconciliation
- Manage goods receiving, storage, restocking, and returns
Compensation:
- Pre Opening : Starting from $17.87/hour+$3.00/hour store-opening allowance
- Post Opening： Base rate+ Monthly Bonus
- Salary will be reassessed based on performance after the probation period, with additional store bonuses （after bonus approximately $22-25/hour)
Work Schedule:
- During the pre-opening phase, working hours will be arranged based on company needs; weekend work may be required
- After opening, employees must be available to work weekends and public holidays; weekday shifts will be scheduled with rotating days off
- Must have a valid work permit and be paid through payroll
