We are seeking a head bartender with a vast amount of spirits knowlage to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will combine your passion for spirits with exceptional customer service skills to elevate our guests’ dining experience. Your expertise in Spirit selection, menu planning, and food pairing will help create memorable moments for our patrons. Duties
- Provide expert Spirit recommendations and personalized service to guests, enhancing their overall dining experience
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our spirits list, food menu, and current industry trends to inform guest interactions
- Ensure proper food handling, serving etiquette, and adherence to food safety standards during all service interactions
- Operate TOAST POS
Experience
- Proven restaurant experience with a focus on fine dining or upscale food service environments
- Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, and beverage pairings; previous sommelier or wine steward experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability in sales, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence
- Experience with banquet service, cash handling, cashiering, and serving in high-volume settings is advantageous
- Culinary experience or culinary training that supports menu planning and food presentation skills
