Your primary role is to create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest by delivering exceptional food and beverage service. From crafting cocktails to maintaining the flow of service through organization and efficiency, you help set the tone for an outstanding dining experience.
Guest Service: Welcome guests, provide attentive service, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
Bartending: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while following all responsible service guidelines.
Operations: Accurately operate the POS system, process payments, and maintain organization behind the bar.
Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized bar and service area while following all local hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Teamwork: Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders to ensure smooth and efficient service. Wear your uniform with pride and assist with additional duties as needed.
