5+ years as a Construction Superintendent
Experience managing field operations for commercial projects including healthcare and life science/pharmaceutical environments
Interior renovation construction experience is required
Lead safety and compliance for project site
Ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints
Experience using MS Word, Excel and other software as needed
Experience managing project timelines, budgets, materials and subcontractor partners
Professionalism and strong communication skills required
