We are actively seeking experienced Bartenders with excellent interpersonal and conversational skills, outgoing personalities, and a strong understanding and desire of how to build repeat business. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is essential, especially in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and attentiveness are crucial.
Your primary responsibilities will include crafting a wide range of beverages tailored to customer preferences, engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience.

Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking drink orders efficiently.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately while adhering to food service regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Uphold food safety standards and maintain compliance with health regulations.
Skills
- Proven experience in bartending or food service, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Strong understanding of brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods.
- Excellent food handling skills with a focus on food safety protocols.
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
