Experience: Minimum 2 years chair-side
Location: Franklin WI
Hours: Full Time and/or Part Time
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8a-5p, Friday 8a-1p

Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Greet and prepare patients for treatment, provide patient education, and ensure comfort throughout their visit.
- Clinical Support: Provide four-handed chair-side assistance to our doctors. Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms according to OSHA and CDC regulations.
- Diagnostics: Take digital radiographs, maintain pt records, iTero 3D scans, and digital photographs as directed.
- Administrative Tasks: Review and update patient health histories. Utilize Open Dental software for patient record-keeping, treatment planning, and scheduling.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage dental supplies needs. Place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels. Maintain monthly supply budgets.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years prior chair-side dental experience
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Qualified training/prior experience with clinical disinfection, instrument sterilization and OSHA compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and highly motivated
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE record
- Reliable transportation
- Upbeat Positive personality!!!
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge with dental software - Open Dental
- A Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet the needs of our patients.
- 2+ years experience assisting chair-side with implant placement, endodontics, iTero scanner, Invisalign, CBCT, taking traditional impressions, and making temporary crowns.
