The Staffing Consultant functions in a critical and dynamic role focused around sales, recruitment, account management, customer service, and operations. Staffing Consultant Responsibilities:
- Operate at all times with a high-level of honesty and integrity
- Develop strong relationships with clients and providers, serving as their primary point of contact
- Serve the day to day needs of clients and providers providing unparalleled customer service
- Source and recruit high-quality candidates to meet our clients’ needs
- Facilitate rapid on-boarding of providers
- Prepare our healthcare providers for successful transitions into new roles
- Manage providers on assignments and ensure they are meeting client and company expectations
- Manage additional operations including payroll, marketing and scheduling
Qualified candidates have either
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Customer service experience
- or*
- Sales or recruiting experience

Pay & Benefits:
- Base salary, commission
- 15 days PTO
