Job Summary:
Able Minds ABA is seeking an experienced Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) to join our team! Responsibilities:
Conduct ABA therapy sessions with children and adolescents in a fun and engaging environment
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Collect and record data on client progress and development
Collaborate with RBTs, BCBAs, and parents to ensure seamless communication and consistency
Provide assistance and support to families and caregivers to promote generalization of skills

Requirements:
Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required
Ability to pass background check
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with individuals and families
Compensation:
Pay Range: $30 - $36/hour
Full-Time: 30-40 hours/week or Part-Time slots Available
Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
