Backed by 30+ years of international industry experience, we are building our Smart Home Automation business in Florida and are looking for an experienced Independent (1099) Sales Representative to actively develop the territory across the state.
This is a revenue focused opportunity, starting as a 100% commission-based 1099 role — built for a true hunter who is confident in their ability to build pipeline from zero, close deals independently and is ready to build our Florida presence from the ground up.
Depending on the project size, a single sale can generate between $2,500 and $4,500 in commission, meaning that even a few closed deals per month can result in strong income.
We also offer a clear path to a full-time employment (W2) within approximately 3 months based on defined sales targets and mutual fit.
This role offers above-average earning potential with a possibility of a fast transition into a W2 position. In return, you are expected to start independently, with no base salary, no provided leads, and generate results from day one.
If you are not comfortable starting without a base salary in the first 3 months and building your own pipeline, this role is not the right fit.

What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with electrical contractors and smart automation installers as a primary revenue driver. Support this with direct client acquisition across Florida
- Generate new business through networking, cold outreach, and referrals (no lead list provided)
- Develop and manage your own pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities in residential and commercial smart automation projects
- Build long-term relationships with contractors, builders, developers, architects, designers, and technology partners to drive repeat business
- Prepare and deliver persuasive, professional proposals tailored to client needs.
- Present confidently, negotiate effectively, and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Represent an innovative automation platform and help establish the brand in your territory
Who You Are
- A self-driven sales professional (a true hunter) with a proven background selling in the smart home/building automation, electrical, construction, or related industries
- Able to generate business quickly in a new market environment
- Have existing industry relationships in Florida
- Able to build your own pipeline and work without provided leads
- Comfortable operating in a 100% commission-based environment
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing
- Motivated by results, independence, and high earning potential

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor position with no base salary.
Top performers can realistically earn $75,000–$200,000+ annually, depending on sales volume and territory development.
There is no income ceiling — your results determine your earnings.
