PRODUCTION FLOOR SUPERVISOR – Food Manufacturing
Pay: $19–$22/hour
Schedule: Day Shift (approximately 8:00 AM–4:00 PM; some weekend availability may be required)

About the Role
Lean Life Manufacturing produces high-quality prepared meals in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. We are seeking a motivated Production Floor Supervisor to lead daily assembly line operations, support production teams, and ensure quality, efficiency, and food safety standards are consistently met.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, working directly with people, and keeping production running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
As a Production Floor Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for guiding teams, maintaining standards, and keeping daily production on track.
Team Supervision
- Lead production associates during meal assembly and packaging
- Train and coach team members on SOPs, GMPs, and production processes
- Provide clear direction, feedback, and support throughout the shift
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and consistent performance
Operational Excellence
- Ensure portion accuracy, product quality, and line efficiency
- Track daily yields, throughput, and production targets
- Adjust staffing and workflow to meet production demands
- Coordinate closely with Kitchen, Warehouse, and QA teams
Quality & Safety
- Uphold GMP, HACCP, and food safety protocols
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production floor
- Address issues quickly to prevent errors, waste, or delays
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of leadership experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Comfort working on your feet throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Food manufacturing or meal production experience preferred
