Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private residence. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a background in hospitality or property management. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage various household tasks, ensuring that the home runs smoothly and efficiently.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all household staff.
- Oversee residential cleaning and housekeeping management to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the home.
- Plan and organize events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, and organizing clothing and linens.
- Maintain inventory of household supplies and groceries, placing orders as necessary.
- Ensure the property is well-maintained by coordinating repairs and maintenance with service providers.
- Provide excellent hospitality to guests, ensuring their needs are met during their stay.
- Develop and implement systems for efficient household management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience in event planning and execution is a plus.
- Assist with preparing meals.
- Knowledge of property management principles is advantageous.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and guests professionally.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Ability to schedule and maintain individual appointments.
- Current and valid driver's licensce.
