LoyalUp is a fast-growing retail loyalty rewards platform that helps businesses increase customer retention, repeat visits, and sales through our modern loyalty kiosk system. We are expanding our sales team and looking for highly motivated Outside Sales Representatives to help us grow.
What You'll Do
- Visit retail businesses in your assigned territory.
- Introduce business owners to the LoyalUp loyalty rewards system.
- Demonstrate how our kiosk helps increase repeat customers and revenue.
- Close new accounts and assist with the onboarding process.
- Build long-term relationships with business owners.
Compensation & Benefits
- $2,000 monthly base salary
- $50 commission for every new business you sign
- $20 recurring monthly residual commission for every active account you signed for as long as you remain employed with LoyalUp.
- Gas reimbursement for work-related travel.
- Ongoing training and support.

What We're Looking For
- Highly motivated and self-driven.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with door-to-door and face-to-face sales.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Sales experience is a plus but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate.
