Tow Truck Driver Wanted
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently towing vehicles, providing roadside assistance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and knowledge of vehicle recovery procedures. Prior towing experience is a MUST.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a tow truck to assist with vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and roadside assistance
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
- Perform basic roadside services (jump-starts, tire changes, lockouts)
- Drive & Operate flat bed and wheel lift tow trucks
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed
- Accurately complete required reports and documentation
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform safety checks
- Follow all company guidelines, values, morals, safety procedures, and industry regulations
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
- Clean driving record
- clean drug testing
- Previous towing or roadside experience MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow company policies, values, and moral guidelines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
