POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs general maintenance to augment the full-time workforce.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

General maintenance of grounds and facilities including, but not limited to, grass cutting, janitorial work, litter removal and construction projects.

Operates hand and small power tools.

Operates various maintenance equipment (large mowing machines, weed whackers, etc.) over rough roads and uneven terrain.

Performs preventative maintenance and minor repairs on vehicles and buildings.

Operates large mowing machines and various trucks.

Ability to work with and lead or direct maintenance force in absence of Leadman.

Ability to complete small jobs in related qualifies trades area.

Directs and assists in repairs, alterations, additions, etc.

May be required to perform additional work that follows prescribed or well-established procedures that can be learned within a reasonable time by training on the job. More detailed instructions as to the nature of their duties will be given to employees at the beginning of work.

High school student or higher education required.

Must possess a valid Drivers’ License if operating a vehicle.

Ability to work outdoors for prolonged periods in various adverse weather conditions.
