Certified School Bus Driver Incentive:
- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus available to fully certified drivers who start through May 31, 2026 (may be extended based on hiring needs)*
- Bonus Eligibility: You must hold a valid CDL with Passenger (P) endorsement, School Bus (S) endorsement, and Air Brake Qualification*
- $500 at 90 working days, $500 at 180 working days; forfeited if you resign or are terminated before each payout*
Non-Certified Driver Incentives:
- No‑Cost CDL Training: All required training is provided at no cost to you – we invest in your success so you can start your new career.
- Training Pay: Once you have your CDL permit and begin Behind‑the‑Wheel Training, you will receive up to 25 hours of pay at the non‑revenue rate.
- Training Milestone Bonuses: Earn bonus payments up to $1,200 through our training milestone incentive program once you begin Behind‑the‑Wheel Training.*

Responsibilities include:
- Safely operate assigned vehicles and follow all company policies and regulatory requirements
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; promptly report any issues
- Maintain and follow routes and schedules with professionalism and punctuality
- Create a safe, positive environment by managing student behavior and ensuring all passengers’ safety
Requirements:
Certified Applicants:
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with School Bus (S)/Passenger (P) endorsements
- Three years of CDL experience and clean driving record
- Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings
- Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children
Non-Certified Applicants:
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license for three years and clean driving record
- Ability to obtain a CDL with S and P endorsements - Training Provided
- Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings
- Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children
