Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff supervision to ensure top-tier guest experiences.
- Oversee inventory control, food safety compliance, and proper food handling procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Supervise kitchen management and food production teams, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
- Implement staff training programs focused on customer service excellence, food safety protocols, POS system operation (including Aloha POS and Micros POS), and culinary skills.
- Manage shift schedules, monitor labor costs, and optimize staffing levels to maximize productivity while controlling expenses.
- Handle cash management duties such as cash handling procedures, balancing registers, and preparing financial reports.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective interviewing, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and licensing requirements across all restaurant operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to enhance overall performance.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments; fine dining or hotel experience is a plus.
- Strong background in food service management with hands-on culinary experience including food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, training & development skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control practices, food safety standards (including HACCP), and food industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate staff and foster teamwork in a high-pressure setting.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and restaurant financial management.
- Exceptional customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality excellence across casual or fine dining settings.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
