Perform routine building and facility maintenance
Complete preventative and scheduled maintenance tasks
Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical issues
Assist with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building repairs
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
Respond promptly to maintenance requests
Follow all safety policies and maintenance procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous maintenance, facilities, or building maintenance experience preferred
Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills
Dependable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
