We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trim Carpenter to join our dynamic team! This role offers the exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects with a focus on trim, framing, and finishing carpentry. This job requires a minimum of 8-10 years experience trimming residential properties, including experience installing pocket doors, crown, coffered ceilings and skirt boards.
Framing and finishing new construction is 20% of our business. The rest is high-end remodeling.
We do about 700 high-end remodel jobs a year.

*We usually work four ten-hour days to get three day weekends.* However, you may be required to work on a Friday if you were not able to get 40 hours in during the regular Monday-Thursday week.
Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and because we are in peoples' houses you will have to pass an extensive background check. You must also pass a drug test and physical.
