Field Operations Manager Job Description:
PrideStaff is working with a well known restoration company who is seeking a Field Operations Manager to join their team. The Field Operations Manager will lead and direct field operations across all service lines, including water, fire, mold, biohazard, pack-out, and warehouse functions. The Field Operations Manager will ensure operational compliance, resource efficiency, and high service standards by directing project managers, team leads, and logistics personnel. The ideal Field Operations Manager has multiple years of management experience in multiple divisions, currently holds a chauffeur’s license, is DOT certified, and has proven experience in the restoration industry. The Field Operations Manager is a full time, direct hire position near Marietta, GA.
Field Operations Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure Weekly Safety Meetings Are Held & Safety Standards Are Followed
- Supervise The Logistics Coordinator to Ensure Equipment & Vehicles Are Ready & Inventory Tracking is Up to Date
- Direct Project Managers & Team Leads on Job Scoping, Technician Delegation, & Compliance Protocols
- Coordinate Emergency Response Efforts & Manage After-Hours Staffing Schedules
- Collaborate & Maintain Ongoing Communication With Insurance Carriers, Project Adjusters, & Property Owners
- Drive Gross Profit Performance For Remediation & Pack-Out Operations
- Support Field Team Recruitment, Onboarding, Training Programs, & Performance Evaluations
- Follow All PPE & Safety Guidelines
Field Operations Manager Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma Required
- 5+ Years of Field Service Experience With 3+ Years Managing Multiple Divisions
- Must be Flexible to Handle Emergency Response Coordination & After-Hours Coverage
- Ability to Oversee Compliance, Job Protocols, & Quality Checks Across Various Divisions
- Valid Chauffeur’s License & DOT Certification Preferred
- Demonstrates Proven Leadership Skills With The Ability to Unify & Lead Cross-Functional Field Teams
- Solid Experience in Remediation Operations & Field Services
- Proficiency in MS Office & Restoration Software Like Mitigate & Xactimate
- Excellent Decision-Making, Conflict-Resolution, & Problem-Solving Abilities
- Excellent Communication & Organizational Skills
