Position Summary
As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to our guests by delivering attentive service, menu knowledge, and a welcoming dining experience. Successful candidates are positive, dependable, and passionate about customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and support staff to ensure efficient service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
