Responsibilities
- Install trailer hitches and towing equipment
- Assemble and install aftermarket truck accessories
- Install commercial truck equipment including flatbeds, service bodies, and work truck upfits
- Install Ranch Hand bumpers, bed covers, fuel tanks, fifth-wheel hitches, steps, lighting, and more
- Perform leather interior installs (Katzkin-style) using company equipment
- Inspect completed vehicles for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Diagnose installation issues and perform repairs when needed
- Troubleshoot customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Assist sales team when needed to support customers
- Keep bays, tools, and showroom clean and organized
- Perform light facility maintenance when needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years mechanical / installation experience preferred
- Experience with truck accessories, towing products, suspension, fabrication, or commercial upfits strongly preferred
- Must own basic mechanic hand tools
- Ability to use power tools, hand tools, and measuring tools properly
- Ability to read instructions and follow procedures
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Good communication skills
- Bilingual is a plus
- Able to lift heavy products and work in a fast-paced shop environment
- Strong attendance and punctuality required
- Stable work history preferred (we are looking for long-term team members)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
