Requirements for this position include but are not limited to:

A valid driver’s license OR State issued ID and dependable transportation are required.

IF APPLICABLE: Travel to various State Agencies to perform work and maintain accurate mileage records.

Regular attendance is an essential part of this position.
Job Duties:
Under limited supervision, this role functions as the systems administrator and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MECM/SCCM, AD DC, GPO, DFS, and DNS.
Primary responsibilities include:

The administration of Patch Management, Active Directory, Group Policies, and DNS.

The position provides Tier 3 Support for MECM/SCCM and Tier 2 Support for AD, GPOs, DNS, DFS, and ADFS.

Essential duties encompass system troubleshooting, managing Tier 2 assistance, and maintaining detailed documentation, including change logs and FAQs for all designated systems.

Perform other duties as assigned.
