The primary function of the Banquet Server is to create an unforgettable experience for our guests during events. Your top priority will be to provide exceptional service that exceeds their expectations. You will have the opportunity to showcase your attention to detail and ability to anticipate guests' needs. Banquet Server Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with food and beverage preparation and presentation.
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and with politeness.
- Ensure all guests have everything they need to enjoy their experience.
- Clean and organize event spaces at the end of the evening.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
- Comply with special needs and requests of the guests, VIPs and repeat visitors.
- Comply with all company standards and policies, as established in the employee handbook.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices
- Other duties as assigned.
Banquet Server Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, associates may need to lift items up to 50 pounds,
frequently standing and walking.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
