Job Description: Risk Manager
A well-established international manufacturing organization based in the San Fernando Valley, California, is seeking an experienced and highly qualified professional to serve as Risk Manager.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare, review, and complete applications for all lines of business insurance.
· Negotiate policy terms, conditions, and coverage with insurance carriers and brokers.
· Maintain a strong understanding of loss control and workplace safety practices.
· Stay current on pollution-related and environmental risk matters.
· Demonstrate extensive experience managing and negotiating a broad range of P&C claims, including complex property, business interruption, equipment breakdown, premises liability, products liability, sudden and accidental pollution, workers’ compensation, automobile and trucking, financial risk, and executive risk claims.
· Collaborate closely with external and internal legal counsel, as well as the executive management team.
· Oversee and support the workflow of the administrative assistant.
Required Education and Experience:
· 10+ years of experience in risk management or a related field.
· Bachelor’s degree required; law degree preferred but not required.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
· Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
· Some domestic and international travel is required.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year
