Oversee daily operations of irrigation installation projects, ensuring timely and quality completion

Allocate crews, materials, and equipment for upcoming projects to maximize efficiency

Monitor job progress, address incomplete work, change orders, delays, or project needs with relevant teams

Review job costing, labor hours, materials, and production tracking for accuracy and profitability

Manage purchasing and organization of irrigation installation materials, tools, and equipment

Supervise maintenance, readiness, and allocation of installation equipment and vehicles

Lead, manage, and hold accountable irrigation installation crew members and foremen

Provide technical support, training, and development opportunities to installation team members

Ensure irrigation systems are installed according to design specifications, local codes, and company quality standards

Conduct site visits and quality inspections to ensure projects are on track and client expectations are met

Collaborate with landscape construction and operations teams to coordinate project timelines and execution

Assist with workforce planning, crew efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives within the irrigation installation department

Lead regular team meetings for the Irrigation Installation team

Experience managing irrigation installation projects or similar construction/landscape operations

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to coordinate multiple projects and allocate resources effectively

Knowledge of irrigation systems, installation techniques, and local codes
