- Host live shopping events featuring jewelry collections and accessories.
- Present product details including style, materials, craftsmanship, sizing, and care.
- Engage with viewers, answer questions, and build excitement during live shows.
- Create a welcoming, energetic, and trustworthy shopping experience.
- Learn product knowledge and confidently recommend pieces for different occasions.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth livestream execution.
- Help achieve sales, engagement, and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications Required
- Comfortable speaking confidently on camera.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Outgoing, personable, and enthusiastic personality.
- Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn.
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred
- Experience in jewelry, fashion, beauty, luxury retail, or live selling.
- Knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, or jewelry trends is a plus.
- Experience creating content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or livestream platforms.
- Bilingual (English/Mandarin or English/Spanish) is a plus.
- No livestream experience required—we provide training for the right candidate.
