Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and resident clothing with care and efficiency
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens to maintain optimal room readiness
- Follow established safety and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department
- Ensure all laundry is processed promptly to meet operational needs and guest expectations
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services is preferred, especially within hotel or hospitality environments
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
