Room Inspector (Weekend Quality Champion!)

team.
We are looking for a fun, energetic, and brand-focused Room Inspector who is ready to own room quality and
standards on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays and 2 additional days (mandatory with open availability). This
role is ideal for someone who thrives on consistency, takes ownership of results, and understands that every
inspection directly impacts the guest experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Ensuring all guest rooms meet and exceed brand cleanliness and presentation standards before release to
inventory.
Conducting detailed room inspections throughout the shift and partnering closely with housekeeping attendants
to maintain quality and efficiency.
Identifying opportunities for improvement and coaching team members on proper procedures and brand
expectations.
Confirming that guest supplies, amenities, and room setups are fully in place and aligned with brand standards.
Supporting room readiness during high-volume periods to help keep operations flowing smoothly.
Maintaining inspection logs, reporting maintenance concerns promptly, and following through to resolution.
Acting as a quality champion by helping create a culture focused on pride, accountability, and exceptional guest
stays.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous housekeeping or room inspection experience, with Hilton brand experience strongly preferred.
A sharp eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards.
Positive energy and a team-first mindset.
Strong organization skills and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence in providing constructive feedback and supporting team development.
Dependability and full availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
