Schedule: Full-time, Tue–Fri (no weekends)
About Us
New Essence Dentistry is a modern, patient-focused private practice with 5 operatories. We use digital workflows, including an in-house Medit intraoral scanner, to deliver efficient, high-quality care. We’re building a strong, drama-free team and looking for a motivated Registered Dental Assistant to grow with us long-term.
Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting (general dentistry, crowns, extractions, implants a plus)
- Assist with digital impressions using Medit scanner
- Scan patients for crowns, bridges, and restorative cases
- Room setup and breakdown
- Sterilization and infection control
- X-rays and patient education
- Support smooth daily workflow and patient experience
Requirements
- Active California RDA license
- 1+ year experience preferred
- Comfortable with digital dentistry
- Experience with intraoral scanners (Medit preferred) or willingness to learn
- Strong communication, punctuality, and teamwork
- RDAEF is a plus but not required
