Growing private outpatient physical therapy clinic is seeking a Physical Therapist to add to our team of awesome professionals in Oxnard, CA.

As a clinic, we treat everything: Musculoskeletal Evaluation and management, Neuro-orthopedic management, Pelvic floor management, Back Pain and Sciatica ,Neck Pain and Headache, Shoulder Pain/disorders, Elbow, Wrist, and Hand Pain/disorders, Hip and Knee Pain Relief, Foot and Ankle disorders, Arthritis, Balance and Gait Disorders, Chronic Pain, Dizziness and Vertigo, Joint Replacements, Motor Vehicle Accident Injuries, Neurological Conditions, Pelvic Floor, Post-Surgical Rehabilitation, Sports Injuries, TMJ, and more.
Patient population consists of pre-school through geriatric, but primarily young adults, middle aged and gracefully aging populations.
What you'll do:
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Treat a variety of orthopedic conditions and select neurological diagnoses
- Provide hands-on treatment and therapeutic exercise interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and referring providers as needed
- Document patient progress using electronic medical records
- Prepare discharge summaries and outcome reports
- Delegate appropriate tasks to rehabilitation technicians
- Contribute to a positive and team-oriented clinic culture
