We are seeking an experienced Commercial Landscape Construction Foreman to lead field crews on commercial landscape installation projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage crews, coordinate daily operations, read plans, and deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Commercial landscape construction experience is required. Residential-only experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise commercial landscape construction crews
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and project layouts
- Oversee grading, drainage, planting, and hardscape installations
- Maintain jobsite safety and quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve field issues
- Train and mentor crew members
- Communicate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Complete daily reports and jobsite documentation
- Operate equipment and assist crews when necessary
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Commercial Landscape Construction experience
- Prior experience leading landscape construction crews
- Ability to read and understand construction plans
- Experience with grading, drainage, hardscapes, planting, and site development
- Strong leadership and crew management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking ability
- Irrigation installation experience
- Heavy equipment operation experience
- Commercial sitework experience
Compensation & Benefits
